Growing up in the cozy farmhouse kitchen of the Blue Mountains in Pennsylvania, I inherited not just recipes, but a legacy of love. My mother showed me that baking isn’t just about flour and sugar; it’s about expressing affection and care. Those childhood memories of baking a dozen different cookies for loved ones during Christmas continue to inspire me every day.
Though I’m mostly self-taught, my journey as a baker has been a lifelong pursuit of perfection. It wasn’t until my move to coastal Maine with my husband and our fur babies over a decade ago that I turned my passion into a profession. Finally, my dream of owning a bakery became a reality. Here, I have the joy of crafting an array of tantalizing treats, both sweet and savory, and custom cakes for every celebration, sharing my love for baking with each customer.
